Grand Theft Auto 6 Release Date, Trailer Launched and everything you need to know.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Release Date : GTA 6’s long-awaited trailer was finally released by Rockstar Games on Tuesday afternoon, hours earlier than expected, thanks to an alleged trailer leak on X (formerly known as Twitter). The trailer quickly gained attraction on YouTube, garnering more than 11 million views within two hours of being posted on Rockstar Games’ official YouTube channel.

The trailer for the upcoming video game, “GTA 6”, features the introduction of the first female protagonist of the franchise, Lucia. Initially, Lucia is depicted in a prison facility at the beginning of the trailer. Subsequently, Lucia and her companion engage in a series of Bonnie and Clyde-type robberies in Vice City.

In the run-up to Rockstar’s upcoming open-world game, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of all the information we have on Grand Theft Auto 6 Release Date, including the trailer, platforms, environments, gameplay modes, and more.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Trailer

The first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 is coming out on Tuesday December 5 at 9 AM ET, but we don’t know anything else about it yet. All we’ve got so far is a bunch of palm trees, a sunset, and a bunch of other cool stuff. It’ll be released right before the Game Awards, which have become a popular spot for big reveals. The awards show is on December 7, 2023.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Release Date

The Xbox and PlayStation 5 versions of GTA 6 are set to drop in Q1 2025, while the PC version could drop in Q1 2026.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Platforms

It looks like Grand Theft Auto 6 is coming out on the PS5 and Xbox X|S. It’s also expected to have a PC version, but there’s no guarantee it’ll be available at launch. Rockstar’s last two original games —GTA 5 and Red Dead II — came out on PC a year after they were released on consoles. It looks like there won’t be a Switch, PS4 or Xbox One version of the game, but no official platform info has been released yet.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Protagonist

According to a Bloomberg report, Grand Theft Auto 6 is going to feature two bank robbers in a story that looks a lot like Bonnie & Clyde. It looks like their names will be Lucia and Jason. It looks like Lucia will be the first female character in the 3D era of the game.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Story

The trailer gave us a lot of info about the story of GTA 6, but it’s pretty clear that it’s set in Vice City, not the ’80s. You can see this on social media, where people post quick pics of their day in Rockstar’s take on Miami, like alligators fighting, twerking by the side of the road, and some middle-aged lady wearing a nightgown and slippers and holding a pair of hammers. We’ve seen this idea of social media in a GTA game before, but this latest version of Vice City shows that, no matter how much things change, things stay the same.

Rumors have been circulating for a while about a female playable character in the game, but eagle-eyed users on GTA Forums have been keeping an eye out for clues. One actor named “Natonia Monet” originally listed a performance as “Tamara” on her CV under a project called “Fireball”. That profile has since been taken down, but as one user points out, “Fireball” is actually a song by a Miami-born artist named Pitbull. It looks like this character isn’t the main character, though, since her name is Lucia in the footage.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Gameplay

From what we can tell from the leaks, the gameplay in GTA 6 is pretty much the same as in GTA 5. One of the leaks shows Lucia, who’s probably the player’s boss, holding up a diner and trying to get the hostages to run away. She shoots them in the back while they’re trying to escape. Jason and Lucia steal one of the cops’ cars and drive around the block, and Jason leans out of the moving car and shoots with an assault rifle.
